The form on this page officially documents your request to end one or more services managed by Design Theory LLC.. Please read everything carefully on this page before you begin.
There are a few things worth knowing before you move forward.
First, termination of services is not always the only option. If the issue is cost, a change in business direction, or dissatisfaction with something specific, we encourage you to reach out. In many cases we can adjust your plan, pause services temporarily, or find a solution that works better for your current situation. You can contact us at 407-490-2425, or visit our Support Center before proceeding. However if you’ve already made your decision, that is completely understood. We simply want to make sure nothing catches you off guard once the process is in motion.
Second, some consequences of termination are immediate and irreversible. Your domain name, your website data, your email history, and your search engine rankings are not things that can be easily recovered after the fact. Perform a Website Backup
If you need a copy of your website files or database, you should perform this before your termination date. A copy can be provided to you upon request which will include a service fee. We cannot guarantee data recovery after services have been shut down.
Archive Your Email
If your email address uses your domain name, download or forward any important messages to a personal account. Once the domain is released, those mailboxes are gone.
Update Your Third-Party Accounts
Banks, payment processors, government portals, and any subscription services tied to your domain email address should be updated to a new contact email now, not after the fact.
Confirm There Are No Unpaid Invoices
Outstanding balances are not cancelled by a termination request. Our team will review your account before processing and will reach out if anything remains due.
